• What is stored: The only piece of data we store is your selected theme preference (e.g., "matrix", "cyberpunk", or a randomly generated theme object). This is necessary so the extension can remember your choice the next time you visit pump.fun.
• Where it is stored: This data is stored locally in your browser's storage, managed by Google Chrome. If you are signed into a Google Account, this setting may be synced across your devices.
• We Cannot Access This Data: This data is sandboxed within your browser. The developers of Pump Theme have no access to it. It is never sent to our servers or any third-party service because we do not operate any servers.

3. How We Use Information

The stored theme preference is used for the sole purpose of applying your chosen theme to the pump.fun website. It is not used for analytics, tracking, or any other purpose.

4. Third-Party Services

The Extension does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or analytics platforms.

Terms of Service

By installing and using the Pump Theme Chrome extension ("the Extension"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

1. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension for its intended purpose: to cosmetically alter the appearance of the pump.fun website. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, sell, or redistribute the Extension.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Extension will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future versions of the pump.fun website or the Google Chrome browser.

The Extension provides a purely cosmetic overlay. It does not interact with, modify, or interfere with any trading, transactional, or financial functionality of the pump.fun website. However, you use the Extension at your own sole risk.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of Pump Theme be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, financial loss, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use the Extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document upon making changes. Your continued use of the Extension after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
